This 100% cotton hight waist blue jeans is so flair that we call it bell bottoms jeans.
There is no hem at the bottom of the pants because in the 70s, sellers used to do custom sewing. These pants are therefore very long to adapt to all body types. You can choose to keep it as is or make a hem in your size.

Il n’y a pas d’ourlet au bas du pantalon car dans les années 70, la plupart des boutiques offraient un ourlet sur mesure. Ce pantalon est donc très long pour s’adapter à toutes les morphologies. Vous pouvez choisir de le garder tel quel ou de faire un ourlet à votre taille.
